Section 13 — Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence in the EU. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Slovenia. As an EU consumer, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
